This policy explains what CloudSaver AI ("we", "us") collects and how it is used. CloudSaver AI is a browser-based tool that scans your AWS Cost Explorer CSV file for wasted spend. It is provided by an independent developer; contact: support@getcloudsaver.com.

1. What we collect

• Waitlist email address. If you submit the waitlist form, your email is sent via our third-party form processor Formspree to our inbox, solely so we can send you product updates. We do not sell or share it.
• Your AWS Cost Explorer CSV. This file is parsed entirely inside your own browser. It is never uploaded to our servers and we never see its contents. No AWS credentials, IAM keys, or account access are requested or collected.
• Payment data. When you purchase the Pro Audit, payment is processed by a Merchant of Record (currently Creem). We do not receive or store your card details.

2. What we do NOT collect

• We do not request AWS credentials, IAM keys, or any cloud account access.
• We do not deploy third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site. [Confirm before launch — remove this line if any analytics are added.]
• We do not collect names, billing addresses, or other personal data beyond the email you choose to submit.

3. How we use information

The waitlist email is used only to send product-launch notifications you opted into. We do not use it for marketing beyond that, and you can reply to any email to request removal.

4. Third parties

• Formspree — processes waitlist email submissions. See Formspree Privacy Policy.
• Creem (Merchant of Record) — processes Pro Audit transactions and handles tax compliance. See creem.io.

5. Your rights

You may request deletion of your waitlist email at any time by writing to support@getcloudsaver.com.

6. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
