Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-18

By using CloudSaver AI ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms. The Service is provided by an independent developer; contact: support@getcloudsaver.com.

1. What the Service is

CloudSaver AI is a browser-based tool that offers a free scan and an optional paid Pro Audit. It scans an AWS Cost Explorer CSV export you provide and highlights potentially wasted spend (idle EC2, forgotten EBS snapshots, stale load balancers, etc.). All processing happens locally in your browser; your file is not uploaded to our servers.

2. No cloud credentials required

The Service does not ask for, and cannot access, your AWS credentials, IAM keys, or any cloud account. You supply only a CSV file you have already exported yourself.

3. Not professional advice

Results are generated by rule-based heuristics and are provided for informational purposes only. They are not financial, accounting, or cloud-architecture advice. You are responsible for verifying any recommended action (such as terminating a resource) before acting. The developer is not liable for any cost, outage, or damage arising from use of the Service.

4. Free and paid tiers

The basic scan is provided free of charge, as-is, with no warranty. A paid tier — the Pro Audit ($19, one-time) — is available now: a founder-reviewed analysis of the AWS billing CSV you submit, delivered by email within 48 hours. Purchases are processed by a Merchant of Record (currently Creem); pricing and refund terms are stated at the point of purchase.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate any law or third-party rights.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use.
