3 What you need to prepare

A. Your AWS billing CSV

The easiest export to get — your monthly cost CSV:

# In the AWS Console: 1. Go to Billing → Cost & Usage Reports 2. (Or simpler) Go to Billing Dashboard → Bills 3. Select a month → click "Download CSV" 4. Attach that CSV to your email
Prefer a deeper audit? A full CUR (Cost & Usage Report) export gives us more detail. Either works — the monthly CSV is enough to start.

B. A few context details (optional, helps us prioritize)

  • Your approximate monthly AWS spend
  • The main services you use (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda…)
  • Any critical windows where you can't risk downtime
  • The biggest pain you want us to focus on (e.g. "RDS is too expensive", "I suspect idle resources")
